How to place a Trade Order


We have a new TRADE CUSTOMER ONLY online ordering system in place to make things easier for our retail and trade customers, but if you do have any question please do call us free on 0800 0935 429.

First of all, click here to log in to your online Trade account first.

Click on the ORDER HERE page and browse through our products and services. If you haven't already logged into your account you won't see any prices and you'll be prompted to log in from there.

Once logged in you simply select what you require from us. If you choose a box product which has a selection of swatches and/or the option of calligraphy etc.. then further options will appear on the page to allow you to select these, then simply click on the ‘Add to order’ button. Once you have complete your order you just need to checkout. No payment is take at this time.

Shipping

Collection and delivery is an 'all day - weekday only' service.

Timed and weekend services can be added at a surcharge when ordering.

On the day of collection, where possible, the Courier will text and/or email with a 1 hour window.

Your garments will need to be packaged into a secure cardboard box, sealed with plenty of tape ready for collection.

If you do not have a suitable box, you can select for the courier to bring one along on the day of collection, which you can pack your garments into whilst the courier waits.

If you would like to bring your Gown to us personally, please call us first to make an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not take payment when you place your order, so no credit card or debit card is needed at this stage.

Upon receipt of your gown/garments we will contact you to discuss the general condition and soiling, time scales and then take payment from you by either debit or credit card, or you can pay by bank transfer. Credit account customers will be invoiced.
