*An acid free Preservation box can be added to the order for longer term storage.

NOTE: If the Preservation box is not added to the order, the packaging on return will not suitable for long term storage.

Please note that prior to cleaning, the garment will be inspected.  In the case of a clear discrepancy our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss any payment variance or the return of the garment – carriage chargeable.
